The first change of the order is free.

Remember that changes will be accepted within the first 14 days from receipt of the order.

If you are not from Spain or Portugal: Remember that to change a product you must send it to brabracoa yourself. We will send you the changed product without any cost of return if it is the first change of the order.

If you have already made a change, this second change or partial refund will be counted as a second management and it will be the customer who assumes the costs corresponding to the change and  return of the same.

Due to the hygiene and quality of our products:

· Exchanges of products in poor condition, that have been used or that are without the original label or box are not allowed.

· Changes of bottoms such as panties or briefs are not allowed.

· Products such as tights, socks or stockings cannot be exchanged if they have been unsealed.

· Garments such as bikinis or swimsuits will be sealed by the intimate parts, so that changes of these products will not be allowed in the event that the sealed parts have been unsealed.

 

The term for any change is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. Outside of Spain or Portugal the products will be sent by the customer to brabracoa in the first change, but the return costs will be borne by brabracoa. Not being the case in the second change that the client will assume the expenses. In addition, the first changes will not entail management costs and will be free.

In the event that your order has already left our facilities, you can also cancel it. Remember that you have 14 calendar days to make this return after receiving the order.

It is important that you know that the costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. We will refund the full amount you paid, including shipping costs, as soon as we receive the product at our facilities or as soon as you provide us with proof of shipment. If the customer wishes to make the return by our means, we will provide a return label. In this case, brabracoa will pay you € 6.50 less than the initial amount of the order for the transport costs of the return that you requested.
